A Year On: Surviving and Thriving as a Pack
March 23, 2021Today marks one year that the world as we knew it changed forever. On the back of the escalating threat of COVID-19 in Australia, businesses across the country shut up shop and WA’s border was closed indefinitely.
But just like our namesake, we stuck together as a team. It was a scary time, but as Albert Einstein once said, “In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity.”
We quickly adapted to the new norm of Teams meetings and online focus groups, innovated new solutions like People’s Voice to help our clients navigate the uncertainty, and found the silver lining in working from home…
Through it all, we didn’t just survive – we thrived. A year on, and not only have we kept every single member of our fabulous pack, we’ve added three to it!
We’ve been extremely lucky to have our head office in the safest place in the world, but our growth is also testament to our amazing and loyal clients who trusted us and partnered with us throughout the lockdown and beyond.
