Same page, same room

It’s been a big week in the Perth office — our colleagues from the Melbourne office made the trip west, and let’s just say things got a little louder, a lot more collaborative, and infinitely more fun.
There’s something special about having the whole team together in the same room. Zoom fatigue took a back seat as real conversations, spontaneous brainstorming sessions and plenty of laughs filled the space. Meetings actually felt like… meetings. The kind where ideas bounce faster and no one says they’re having tech issues ha ha.
Of course, it wasn’t all business. There were long lunches, post-work catchups, the simple joy of having dogs in the office, and a fair bit of friendly rivalry over who knew the best local coffee spots. Perth proudly delivered on sunshine and scenery, while the Melbourne crew brought fresh perspectives — and, surprisingly, no rain.
More than anything, it reminded us how valuable face-to-face time is. The energy was high, the team spirit even higher, and it reinforced just how strong our culture is across borders.
To our Melbourne teammates: you’re welcome any time. Just give us a heads-up so we can stock up on snacks.
