We’re so excited to announce our newest Executive Director, Brent Morris! Newly relocated to Perth from Melbourne, Brent brings with him a wealth of knowledge and over 12 years of experience in research across the globe. He’s excited to get started and has hit the ground well and truly running. It’s great to have you finally here with us!

Why Painted Dog? What attracted you to us?
When I first met the Painted Dog team I was immediately inspired by their passion for our industry and genuine care for our clients’ business. The PD brand has an amazing reputation in the WA market and there is an ardent desire to grow this reputation across all of Australia – something I am excited to help shape. Everyone at Painted Dog knows where the business is going; that ambition is hugely inspiring and exciting to be a part of.
What are you most excited about / looking forward to in your role?
What makes me most excited about being here is the team’s openness and desire for ideas and innovation, everyone here is keen to explore new ways of doing things. Another major part of my role I am really excited about is the opportunity to learn more about the incredible and diverse industries in WA while keeping abreast of what’s happening on the east coast.
What was the highlight of your first week?
Easy, the cookies from Get Chunky on day one were a real treat and I’ve bookmarked the address for future visits. Secondly, everyone’s been incredibly open, caring and keen to welcome me to my new city.
Best piece of advice you received from another staff member so far?
The Transperth App, seriously an amazing tool and having lived in several cities around the world, it’s world class for functionality and accuracy. Also, a few insider tips on where to get the best lunches around Leederville has been pretty handy!
