Dogs… Painted Dogs

We refuse to let a busy schedule prevent a fun night together out on the town…
While we’re as busy as ever leading into the new financial year, when we heard that Painted Dog’s own Sean Kilpa had a talented little sister performing as the lead singer in a local jazz concert covering all our favourite James Bond theme songs, we didn’t pass up the chance to dust off our black-tie attire and cheer her on — shaken (not stirred) martinis in hand.
After the perfect amount of food and drink at Si Paradiso, the team packed into the Ellington Jazz Club to watch Aimee Kilpa’s ‘James Bond: Best of 007’. The performance was absolutely memerising, with the lead singer, along with each of the musicians present, performing spectacular renditions of all the classics, from Adele’s Skyfall to Shirley Bassey’s Goldfinger.
Following the performance, a few of the team stuck around to meet the musicians and have a few last drinks before heading home for the night. We’ll certainly be back to see many more performances from the incredibly talented group.
