What were you doing on World Mental Health Day?

October 13, 2020

Us Painted Dogs like to work hard, play hard. But we know if we want to do this, we need to take good care of ourselves first! That’s why we all made a special effort on Saturday – World Mental Health day – to do a little something that brightens up our day.

Check out what some of our team got up to…

Nicole treated herself and bought some flowers to brighten up the house (nice one, Nic!).
Both Aimee and Claudia took a moment to stop during their morning runs and take in the beautiful surroundings (looks very relaxing girls, you should make this a habit).
Sean and his Dad went mountain biking down in Manning park south of Freo. First time Sean’s new bike saw some real dirt (woo hoo! Although you look a bit stuffed there Sean).
Bill spent the day with close mates, whose “engagement high tea party” turned out to be their actual surprise wedding! (very cool and looking sharp Bill).
Em went to the park with her hubby and furry baby (so much open space).
Vienna and her boyfriend did the same thing at Point Walter (getting in touch with nature seems to be a clear theme).
Imogen decided to spoil herself and let someone else cook brekky and clean up (omg, those pancakes are to die for).
And Kristy – she had the right idea chilling on her bed reading a mag (looking for treats to bake up for the office perhaps).

Saturday marked the start of Mental Health Week and we will be doing and sharing more things during the week to help boost mental wellbeing every day.
