PDquicktest™ insights and findings are the property of the client and Painted Dog will not share or distribute these findings.
Fees are based on standardised questions, analyses and outputs. Any additions, changes or customisation of these elements will incur additional fees and may also affect timeframes.
Fees are based on data collection amongst a representative sample of the general population of the four major capital cities specified (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth). Any additional screening criteria or quota sampling will incur additional fees and will be subject to feasibility assessment prior to the commencement of data collection.
Turnaround times are estimates only but in most instances outputs will be delivered within 7 business days. Actual times for completion of a PDquicktest™ may vary depending a number of criteria that may be beyond the control of Painted Dog.
Fees exclude the development of visual stimuli or materials. These are to be provided by the client and uploaded within the PDquicktest™ order form in the required size and format as specified. If visual stimuli are emailed to Painted Dog for manual upload, additional fees may be incurred.
Fees include data collection using an accredited online panel provider. Panellists are typically incentivised to complete surveys. Painted Dog reserves the right to outsource data collection to any panel provider that is best suited to the project as required.
Fees do not include personalised consultation or interpretation of findings. If interpretation, insights or story development are required, these will be charged at our standard hourly rates.
Fees are based on the sample sizes specified. Additional sampling requirements will incur additional fees and be subject to feasibility checks prior to the commencement of fieldwork which may affect timing.
Fees are payable before commencement of data collection via Paypal or EFT. This fee is non-refundable.
Painted Dog Research will be in contact within 1 business day to confirm payment details and project set-up. If this is your first project being run with Painted Dog, we will require payment to clear before project set-up and commencement.
Painted Dog is not responsible for errors in client provisions (i.e. issues with uploaded materials, incorrect audience specifications, or incorrect question specifications) and agreed upon fees will still stand.
