Michelle has over 10 years’ experience in research, having worked in Australia and Canada. She is highly skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research and has led the design and management of hundreds of studies that include brand tracking, brand positioning research, communications evaluations, customer satisfaction studies, stakeholder research, qualitative testing for product development and refinement, product optimisation studies and big data mining for customer segmentation.
