Staff Spotto: Liam!
August 28, 2020Fridays are Staff Spotlight days! We throw the spotlight onto one of our Painted Dogs and they answer the questions you’ve always wanted to know! This week’s spotlight falls on Liam; we gave him a few fun questions to answer so take a read below to get to know him a little better!
If you weren’t working in market research, what would you be doing?
Possibly still bumming around as a snowboard instructor like I was before I joined Painted Dog. Travelling around the world teaching other people how to enjoy something I was passionate about was pretty sweet, but now having a bit of distance from it, I’ve got to admit standing out in -10oc getting abused by a bunch of 8 year-olds seems waaaaaay less appealing.
What’s at the top of your bucket list and why?
First thing that springs to mind is following around the Ashes cricket series in England. 4-5 weeks with a bunch of mates; days at the cricket followed by nights in an English pub and a guaranteed Australian win is pretty much the dream holiday. A close second is a road trip around Australia with my partner, seeing all the areas of Australia I’ve never been to but heard so much about.
On a scale of 1-10 how funny would you say you are? Using the same scale how funny would OTHERS say you are?
As a market researcher, I thought it would only be fair to conduct a quick poll of the office lunch room to come up with my answer to this. The results: Bill 6/10, Imogen: 7.5/10, Marissa: 9/10. That’s an average of 7.5, pretty solid I reckon, but personally I’d up it to at least an 8!
