Today, on International Non-Binary People’s Day, we are reminded that as an industry, we have the potential to make improvements in our methodologies, design, and insights to ensure our work reflects the reality of all.
Our upcoming presentation at the Research Society Conference, “What’s Your Gender? Thinking Outside the Checkbox,” will explore beyond the binary to enhance our survey design, analysis, and reporting practices.
We believe designing truly inclusive research means embracing complexity and valuing all voices. We look forward to sharing more with you in August.
