The Women of Painted Dog

Happy International Women’s Day, everyone! Here at Painted Dog, we are thrilled to celebrate this day with pride and joy as we have a team full of intelligent and talented women who bring a unique perspective and a valuable skill set to our company.
This year’s International Women’s Day campaign theme is #EmbraceEquity, a world where difference is valued and celebrated, something that we try to live by every day at Painted Dog. We have a workplace culture that is inclusive, values everyone’s ideas, contributions and input, and treats all our colleagues equally. While this day serves as a reminder of the changes that need to be made, our commitment to gender equality is an everyday practice.
And speaking of talent, we have some very talented women in our pack! Our very own Michelle, aka ice hockey superstar or as you may know her head of Data Science, just won a Silver Medal at the 2023 Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship in South Africa! This is not the first time Michelle has represented us at Worlds, and she’s once again made us very proud of her and her incredible achievements. On top of this, Michelle saw individual success – scoring the most goals of all players in the tournament, and becoming Australia’s all-time leading goal scorer in World Championships in the process. She truly represents the strength and determination that women can bring to any field, whether it’s sports or business. Go MCC!
