International Women’s Day 2022

Today, the 8th of March, is International Women’s Day – a day to celebrate and also to reflect on the current position of gender equality.
At Painted Dog, we’re proud to have many strong, intelligent and hard-working women in our pack, who are respected and supported as equals. Did you know that our team of consultants, and our Executive Leadership Team, is made up 50:50 of males and females? We have so many inspiring females around us that we all get to work with, learn from and look up to every day.
The IWD 2022 campaign theme is #BreakTheBias – a call that went out across the world to “break the bias in our communities, in our workplaces, in our schools, colleges and universities. Together, we can all break the bias – on International Women’s Day and beyond.”
The Painted Dog team recognises the importance of gender equality and support this issue whole heartedly. We proudly consider our workplace environment to be all-inclusive and each team member’s ideas, creative processes, mental/physical health & wellbeing is supported, encouraged and heard. We understand that businesses play a key role in contributing to change and will continue to proudly support women in the workplace and IWD. Together, we can forge women’s equality, on International Women’s Day, and beyond.
