Celebrating a long-term partnership with Bedshed
May 28, 2026
A big congratulations to Bedshed and its agency partners on being recognised as Campaign Brief WA Village of the Year at the recent Campaign Brief WA Awards.
Bedshed received the award alongside its long-term partners Rare, Media Forte, Workhouse and yours truly (sadly we were missing on the night), acknowledging the collective effort behind many years of consistent, collaborative work.
For Painted Dog, this is a particularly meaningful recognition. We have supported Bedshed since 2013, working closely with the team to help inform decision-making, track performance, understand customers and bring evidence into strategic planning.
What makes this partnership special is that the research has never sat in isolation. It has been part of a broader ecosystem of client, creative, media and strategic thinking, with each partner bringing their expertise to help Bedshed grow in a competitive retail market.
Long-term client relationships matter because they create space for deeper understanding. Over time, the work becomes less about answering one-off questions and more about building knowledge, identifying patterns and supporting smarter decisions with confidence.
This award is a great example of what can happen when trusted partners work together over the long term. It reflects the value of collaboration, consistency and shared commitment, as well as the role research can play when it is properly embedded in the bigger commercial picture.
Congratulations to Bedshed and to everyone involved, including our internal Bedshed team past and present, and our agency partners Rare, Media Forte and Workhouse.
We are proud to have been part of the journey and look forward to continuing to support Bedshed into the future. An exciting award and a huge achievement – well done.
