Lunar New Year is a meaningful celebration observed by millions of people around the world, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate cultural diversity in the workplace. Taking time to acknowledge traditions beyond our own helps build understanding, connection and a stronger sense of belonging within teams. It’s often the small, shared moments that spark curiosity and conversation, creating space for people to learn from one another in a relaxed and positive way and this is something that we love doing!
This year, we marked Lunar New Year with some light-hearted fun, putting together playful predictions based on everyone’s birthday and enjoying a selection of traditional candies kindly brought in by one of our team members – thanks, Charles!
