R U OK?

Today is R U OK? Day, an important reminder to pause and check in with those around us. It’s a national conversation starter about mental health and a chance to reflect on how simple acts of care can make a real difference.

In the workplace and in our personal lives, taking the time to ask a colleague, friend, or family member “Are you okay?” helps create supportive environments where people feel safe to share how they’re really going. These small, genuine conversations can break down stigma and show that no one has to face challenges alone.

As we mark this day, let’s celebrate the importance of mental health awareness and commit to ongoing kindness and connection. A single question may not solve everything, but it can open the door to hope, support, and change.
