Hot Cross Fun!

With the Easter long weekend just around the corner, we continued our annual ritual of a hot cross bun morning tea here at Painted Dog. Traditional, chocolate, gluten free, vegan – the spread on offer ensured that all were catered for. Naturally, all the contentious issues were discussed over said morning tea: chocolate or traditional? Toasted or fresh? Buttered or plain? While there was roaring debate, the pack also took this opportunity to relax for a moment, share a laugh, and interrogate one another’s plans for the long weekend.
There was a definite buzz in and around the office – partially attributed to the sugar rush that was morning tea, but largely because of the plans everyone had for the long weekend. As is the Perth-ian way, there’ll be a number of Painted Dogs heading down south (wave to them if you see them stuck on the freeway with the rest of Perth!), while others will be spending it at home with friends and family, and even some heading out-of-state!
